Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if I can't come to a lesson?

Please contact us and let us know.

If you can’t attend a class a 1 hour group make up class will be provided to replace it. The best part is you will not be locked into a 24 hour notice policy. If an emergency occurs or you just can’t make it there is not worry. Our system takes the stress out of make up lessons.

Group classes are a great way for students to learn different skills and activities relating to their instrument that they would not be able to do in an individual setting. This is a great way to expand their music skills beyond what they can get out of their regular lessons. this is a unique  and beneficial opportunity for our students.

A make up lesson schedule is published at the start of each term. Here is the current term 3 schedule.

Classes are held at the specified time between the student/parent and Replay Music Academy.

We follow the government school timetable and are closed during school holidays for regular lessons. Workshops and Holiday programs run during the school holidays.

What If I miss a group lesson?

If you are unable to attend a group lesson because you will be away please let us know at the start of the term and we will invoice you for the appropriate amount of weeks.

If you can’t come to a single lesson please let us know – you can join any other class for a make up lesson in replace of the other class.

Do you offer music examination training

Yes we offer AMEB and ANZCA examination preparation. Exams are scheduled and taken at the exam premises upon permission of the client. Examinations come with ad extra fee as determined by AMEB and ANZCA.

We teach VCE exams as well.

How and When Should Term Fees Be Paid

Term Fees are paid either full term (10 weeks) or half term (5 weeks) at the start of the term or 1 week after you join.

They can be paid either by cash, cheque or Bank transfer.

First lessons act as a non obligation trial lesson. We want to give you a chance to see if you like the service we are providing, and if you enjoy the instrument, so you can make the best decision for yourself.

If you are happy and decide you would like to return the full and half term payment will apply.
